Premium class coarse sea salt or translated from French as ''salt flowers''. Obtained in the lagoons of the seaside moors, where it is formed by a natural crystallization process. Richly saturated with minerals contained in salt water, therefore giving the food a much more pronounced sea flavor than traditional sea salt.
